Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age with valid insurance
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Have a clean motor vehicle record
- Pass national sex offender registry check
- Have reliable transportation that passes bi-annual vehicle inspection
- Commit to safe driving practices
- Ability to drive in inclement weather
- Completion of Shoulder 2 Shoulder and Learning Zone courses
- Passion for customer service
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic food handling knowledge
- Familiarity with local trade area
- Completion of relevant training courses such as Shoulder 2 Shoulder and Learning Zone
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly
- Commitment to uphold brand standards and company policies
Job Duties
- Follow all Delivery Driver training processes listed on Shoulder 2 Shoulder training and in Tasty Hut, LLC Delivery Procedures
- Always put customer needs first
- Promote positive restaurant culture
- Deliver on Pizza Hut service principles: deliver it fast, make food we are proud to service, service with a smile
- Deliver high customer satisfaction results
- Follow all Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut brand standards and processes including food, restaurant and driver safety, CHAMPS, brand standards, FSSC, CORE
- Complete cleaning duties and side work daily
- Provide excellent customer service on telephone calls
- Clean and wash dishes
- Assist with food preparation and Ready 4 Customer practices
- Act as brand steward for Pizza Hut brand
- Adhere to employee handbook and policies including cash controls and anti-harassment
- Maintain professional image and highly ethical conduct as representative of Tasty Hut, LLC
- Exhibit Tasty Hut core values and work daily to fulfill mission and vision
- Perform other duties as assigned
