Job Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old (19+ in specified states, 21+ to deliver alcohol)
- have a driver’s license number
- provide social security number (US only)
- have reliable access to a smartphone
- possess any vehicle suitable for deliveries (car, scooter, bicycle in select cities)
- pass eligibility and ID verification
- able to work flexible hours
- comply with local laws and regulations related to delivery services
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- have a valid driver’s license number
- possess a smartphone with consistent access
- be able to pass a background and ID verification check
- familiarity with smartphone apps and navigation tools
- ability to communicate courteously and effectively with customers
- reliable transportation (car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities)
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retail outlets
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage and track deliveries
- maintain effective communication with customers and support team
- manage time effectively to maximize delivery opportunities
- handle food and items with care to ensure quality
- cash out earnings through the DoorDash platform as desired
