Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- previous sales related experience
- six plus months driving/delivery experience
- must qualify for corporate insurance programs including vehicle insurance
- valid drivers license
Job Qualifications
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics software
- regularly uses moderately complex oral and written communication skills
- capable of training others in functional areas
- problems encountered are routine and generally solved by following clear directions
- decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area
- able to set personal goals and determine how to achieve results with minimal guidance
- able to handle multiple moderately complex tasks or projects simultaneously
Job Duties
- Solicit new and existing customers on a daily basis and promote and sell the companys products to customers
- develop relationships with and provide service to existing customers that insures customer retention and loyalty
- identify potential new customers and solicit business from the same
- be familiar with the companys product literature and convey product information and availability to customers
- attend regular sales training meetings to review performance and discuss sales goals
- provide exemplary customer service
- operate company vehicle safely with a valid drivers license
- deliver/install products and verify accuracy with customer
- protect company assets by performing duties safely including handling products and payments
- operate in compliance with federal safety administration rules
- comply with company policies and procedures
- manage daily route independently
- take responsibility for personal and others safety using safe work practices
- assume other duties as assigned
