Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older (19+ in certain states)
- valid driver's license
- valid social security number (only in the US)
- consistent access to a smartphone
- vehicle access such as car, scooter, or bicycle (where applicable)
- successful ID verification
- ability to follow delivery and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old (21 years or older to deliver alcohol)
- have a valid driver's license and vehicle access (car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities)
- possess a smartphone with consistent access
- be legally allowed to work in the US
- demonstrate reliability and good customer service skills
- have basic familiarity with mobile apps and GPS navigation
Job Duties
- accept delivery requests through the app
- pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or retailers
- deliver orders to customers promptly and accurately
- communicate with customers and support if needed
- manage your schedule and accept deliveries when it works for you
- maintain professionalism and adhere to DoorDash community guidelines
- utilize the DoorDash app for order tracking and payment cash out
