Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- 21 plus years old to deliver alcohol
- Own or have consistent access to a car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- Possess a valid driver's license number
- Have a social security number if in the US
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Must meet eligibility criteria and pass ID verification
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older to sign up, minimum 21 years old to deliver alcohol
- Valid driver's license or government-issued ID
- Access to a car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- Ability to use a smartphone and the DoorDash Dasher app
- Basic knowledge of local geography and navigation
- Ability to interact courteously with customers and merchants
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants and stores
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage delivery requests and navigation
- Communicate effectively with customers and support teams when necessary
- Handle payments and cash out earnings through the app
- Maintain a safe and professional demeanor at all times
- Manage your own schedule and delivery assignments efficiently
