Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- have a car, scooter, or bicycle (depending on city)
- hold a valid driver’s license
- provide a social security number (US only)
- have consistent access to a smartphone
- complete identity verification
- comply with local laws and DoorDash policies
- meet eligibility criteria for the Dasher role
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old (21 or older in some states to deliver alcohol)
- possess a valid driver’s license or equivalent if using a scooter or bicycle
- have access to a reliable vehicle, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- demonstrate ability to navigate efficiently within local delivery areas
- possess a smartphone with consistent internet access
- maintain clear communication skills
- successfully pass background and ID verification
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, stores, or grocery outlets
- deliver food, groceries, or retail items promptly and safely
- follow instructions provided via the DoorDash app
- manage time efficiently while accepting and completing delivery requests
- provide excellent customer service
- maintain communication with customers and DoorDash support as needed
- use the DoorDash app for navigation and order tracking
