Job Requirements
- Valid drivers license with a safe driving history
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen (No THC) as legally permissible
- Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card
- Full-time availability with ability to work additional hours and overtime
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and push or pull items up to 400 lbs with equipment
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-year of truck driving experience operating a 16ft or longer straight truck or comparable driving experience
- High volume package delivery experience
- Ability to be a safe and courteous driver
- Ability to use GPS and mobile Proof of Delivery devices
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
Job Duties
- Transport products safely and deliver office supplies on assigned route
- Load truck depending on volume
- Ensure safe work practices and promote safety culture
- Organize and load product for delivery utilizing the manifest
- Provide customer support and accept product returns
- Use technology including GPS and mobile Proof of Delivery devices
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
