Job Requirements
- Valid drivers license with a safe driving record acceptable to the company
- Eligible to drive a commercial motor vehicle under applicable laws
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening (no THC) legally permitted
- Obtain and maintain a 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role
- Basic English language skills for verbal and written communication
- Ability to work additional hours and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs and push/pull items up to 400lbs with assistance
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-year truck driving experience operating a 16ft or longer straight truck or comparable experience
- High volume package delivery experience
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to use GPS and mobile Proof of Delivery devices
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform inspections
Job Duties
- Transport products safely and deliver office supplies on assigned routes
- Load delivery trucks as needed based on volume
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote safety culture
- Organize and load products efficiently using delivery manifests
- Provide exceptional customer support and handle product returns
- Utilize GPS and mobile Proof of Delivery devices for delivery tracking
- Maintain cleanliness and perform pre-trip vehicle inspections
