Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Proof of insurance for the vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use a smartphone for delivery management apps
- Physically able to lift and carry delivery items
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to navigate efficiently in assigned delivery areas
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Good physical stamina to handle deliveries
Job Duties
- Deliver pizzas and other food orders promptly and accurately
- Follow safe driving practices and adhere to all traffic laws
- Manage customer transactions including payment and tip collection
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Communicate effectively with store staff regarding orders and delivery issues
- Ensure orders are delivered in excellent condition
