Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- Learn the delivery area
- Check orders for quality and accuracy
- Follow proper delivery procedures
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction
- Perform workstation duties including making products and preparing ingredients
- Support team by being punctual and assisting other workstations
- Complete closing duties including cleaning
- Process order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
- Execute cash management duties
- Use the FOCUS System for order processing
- Suggestively sell to increase check average
- Distribute door hangers during every shift
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- Comply with safety and security standards
