Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years or older
- availability to work flexible schedules
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- ability to lift and carry orders safely
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to operate a smartphone for order management
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- experience in food delivery or similar role preferred
- knowledge of local routes and areas
- basic math skills for handling payments
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- deliver food orders promptly and courteously to customers
- ensure timely pick-up and accurate handling of orders from the restaurant
- maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards
- communicate effectively with the team and customers about delivery status
- handle cash and electronic payments securely and accurately
- provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- adhere to traffic laws and company policies during deliveries
