- Making memorable first and last impressions
- anticipating needs, delivering guests orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner
- delivering orders with hospitality and a smile
- representing the Outback brand positively during deliveries
- ensuring accuracy and promptness of all deliveries
- providing exceptional customer service consistently
- maintaining safety and cleanliness standards during delivery
