- 18 years or older (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- access to any car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- valid driver's license number
- social security number (US only)
- consistent access to a smartphone
Job Qualifications
- able to provide a valid driver's license number
- possess a social security number (for US-based Dashers)
- have a smartphone capable of running the DoorDash app
- basic knowledge of local geographic areas and traffic patterns
- customer service skills
- ability to manage time effectively
Job Duties
- pick up orders from restaurants or stores
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- communicate with customers and support through the app as needed
- manage delivery schedules flexibly based on personal availability
- use the DoorDash app to accept delivery requests and navigate routes
- ensure safety and quality of delivered items
- handle transactions and cash out earnings through the app
