Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to be on feet throughout the day in customer facilities
- Regularly load and unload products with an average weight of 35 lbs
- Frequently push or pull a hand cart with up to 200 lbs for distances up to 500 feet
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Observes safety and security procedures
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Comfortable presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings
- Ability to lift and move equipment safely up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Pick product and drive truck to deliver items such as snacks, soft drinks, bottled water to places of business
- Manage the inventory of markets and vending machines, ensuring they are fully faced before leaving
- Put away and rotate all stock
- Troubleshoot and make minor equipment repairs if necessary
- Remove spoiled fresh items at the end of each week or before expiration
- Inform customers of new products or services
- Post marketing materials correctly and professionally
- Listen to and resolve delivery or service complaints, reporting all back to the manager
- Load truck the day before delivery
- Become knowledgeable about company products and services
