- Ownership or access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
- Ability to operate a mobile device for delivery app usage
- Effective communication skills with team members and customers
- Strong navigational skills including map reading and address location
- Flexible schedule and adaptability to management directions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior experience in delivery or customer-facing roles is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure car topper is clean, functioning, and placed on the vehicle before deliveries
- Log into GPS and Drivosity for tracking and routing
- Verify personal bank holdings with less than $20 including coin change
- Clean and restock the driver station and Coke Cooler while following FIFO
- Assist with food prep tasks when needed
- Execute safe deliveries including customer callbacks and exact change provision
- Maintain a fast turnaround time under 1.0 minute between deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service at the door including greeting with a smile and eye contact
- Deliver warm customer greetings promptly upon store entry and thank customers upon exit
- Answer phone calls promptly within two rings between deliveries
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Uphold smart hustle and teamwork in the store to support operations
- Double check items before departure to ensure accuracy
