Job Duties
- Accurately pulls parts for orders from warehouse and loads onto vehicle
- Completes daily vehicle inspections and corresponding documentation
- Executes safe, on time delivery to customers
- Plans routes to ensure efficient deliveries are completed
- Maintains clean vehicle and assists in cleaning warehouse, including recycling cardboard and wood as needed
- Ensures proper load securement utilizing tie downs
- Provides necessary documentation to customers including core/parts returns, invoicing, and advertisements
- Ensures accurate completion of invoice signature and dating by customer
- Safely operates forklift within the warehouse
- Maintains positive interactions with team and customers
- Identifies and sorts brake cores
- Identifies and reports on potential new customers from delivery route
- Identifies and reports on like products from other vendors/competitors
- Asks customers for any parts or service needs while completing deliveries and reports back to branch
- Assists warehouse with performing cycle counts
- Completes daily forklift inspections
- Assists with checking in and putting stock away within the warehouse
- Files invoices accurately
- Reviews customer inventory and makes product suggestions
- Able to look up stocking counts
- Receives and inputs customer orders in system
