Job Requirements
- class C (non-CDL) driver’s license
- ability to lift and carry 75 lbs unassisted regularly
- 1-3 years of successful experience in customer-facing roles
- valid state-issued driver’s license
- minimum 2 years of safe driving record
- ability to read invoices and utilize systems
- willingness to obtain forklift certification
- working hours include weekends and holidays and require flexibility
- must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical including DOT Medical Card, background check, and motor vehicle record check
- employment dependent on maintaining all DOT and driving certifications
- subject to random and post-accident drug screening
- sign a nondisclosure agreement
- high school diploma or equivalent GED

- understanding basic furniture assembly

- willingness to obtain forklift certification

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional customer service and experience
- act as the brand ambassador while on the road and during deliveries
- provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service while delivering high-quality products
- be proactive to bring solutions including furniture assembly or repairs
- develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
- drive large box trucks safely and courteously
- maintain a timely delivery schedule
- inspect delivery vehicles pre and post trip
- maintain accurate delivery logs and records
- guarantee safe and professional transportation and delivery of products
- safely load and unload merchandise ensuring perfect condition
- assemble furniture and prepare merchandise in the delivery staging area
- review and verify invoices and purchase requests
- maintain accurate inventory
- remove packaging materials and debris for a clean delivery
- assist with showroom changes, tagging merchandise, and maintaining displays
- greet clients and answer phones promptly
- drive long distances including infrequent overnight stays
- perform other duties or special projects when assigned
