Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older (19+ in some states, 21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Own a car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Provide a valid driver's license number
- Provide a social security number if in the US
- Have consistent access to a smartphone
- Successfully complete identity verification
- Meet state-specific age requirements
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Possess a valid driver’s license or equivalent if using a scooter or bicycle
- Able to pass background and ID verification
- Have prior experience in delivery or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable using smartphone apps
- Strong communication and time management skills
Job Duties
- Deliver meals, groceries, and retail orders to customers in a timely manner
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to accept and complete delivery requests
- Communicate effectively with customers and merchants as needed
- Handle orders with care and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage routes and delivery logistics efficiently
- Adhere to all traffic and safety laws while driving or biking
- Maintain a personal device sufficient for navigation and communication
