Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have reliable transportation
- Have current automobile insurance
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, see clearly including close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to speak, read and write English fluently and clearly
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently and clearly
- Ability to use basic math, addition and subtraction, understand basic fractions
- Ability to pass sandwich test at end of first two weeks of employment
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to maintain professional appearance in compliance with dress code
- Ability to follow all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures accurately
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner
- Deliver sandwich orders to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner in established delivery area only
- Accept payment from customers for orders
- Work with management at the end of the shift to reconcile cash from delivery sales
- Make fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches
- Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures
- Pass sandwich test at end of first two weeks of employment and at future testing times
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms
- Greet customers, take orders, operate cash register, collect payments from customers and make change
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells
- Fill out systems and procedures with 100 percent accuracy and integrity
- Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with the dress code
- Display a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Perform other related duties as required
