Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the country
- clean background check and driving record
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous delivery or customer service experience is an advantage
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- basic knowledge of local area and navigation

- making memorable first and last impressions
- anticipating needs and delivering guests orders with hospitality and a smile
- taking payment in a hospitable and timely manner
- delivering orders promptly and accurately
- representing Outback hospitality to ensure an AUS-SOME delivery experience
- maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor during all guest interactions
