Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years experience
- Proof of car insurance and a reliable vehicle
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to drive and navigate delivery areas
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to support team members and perform cleaning duties as required
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Proof of car insurance and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to navigate and learn delivery areas efficiently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience handling cash or payment systems is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety is a plus
Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation including inspecting the vehicle
- Learn and navigate the delivery area efficiently
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before delivery
- Follow proper delivery procedures to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Assist at workstation by preparing ingredients, making quality products, and taking orders
- Manage order paperwork and payments accurately while using the FOCUS system
- Support sales by suggestively selling to increase check averages and distributing promotional materials during shifts
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and comply with safety and security standards
- Contribute to teamwork by supporting coworkers, being punctual, and completing all cleaning duties at shift end
- Uphold uniform and appearance standards to enhance the company's professional image
