Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid and current driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to understand and operate GPS technology and other relevant applications
- Experience in a customer service, delivery service or restaurant environment is desired
- Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
- 100% travel required and may lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Deliver friendly, prompt and first-in-class customer service
- Successfully run all aspects of the curbside, take-away and delivery activities to maintain productivity
- Deliver meals in various weather conditions within a designated radius of the restaurant
- Verify order accuracy with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Observe and maintain all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
- Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards
- Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
- Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset
- Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly
- Earn the trust of team members and managers by consistently embracing CAVA's values
- Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day
- Actively contribute to your department in order to complete tasks and meet company goals
- Recognize the emotional stake each team member has in personal and organizational success of this business
