Job Duties
- Safely and efficiently deliver baked goods, catering orders, and other products to retail locations and customers according to a daily route schedule
- Load and unload deliveries with care to maintain product quality and presentation
- Communicate clearly with team members and retail leads regarding order drop-offs and issues
- Perform regular checks of delivery vehicles for cleanliness, fuel, tire pressure, and basic functionality
- Report and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs in a timely manner
- Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and in safe operating condition
- Assist in general upkeep of the warehouse, including trash removal, sweeping, minor repairs, and organization
- Support maintenance of the exterior of the building and grounds, such as light landscaping or snow removal
- Participate in special projects related to facility improvements or organizational needs
- Communicate proactively with team leads on supply chain changes, product updates, and substitutions
- Provide visibility into upcoming changes that may impact production or retail operations
