Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- exhibit good interpersonal and customer service skills
- able to communicate effectively in English
- able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain energy and enthusiasm at all times
- strong attention to detail
- able to consistently follow directions, standards, and recipes
- comfortable working in varied temperatures
- able to multi-task and focused on getting the job done the right way
- able to stand for 8 plus hours
- able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Serve as a brand ambassador by complying with Cafe Rio uniform and appearance standards
- create and maintain an exceptional guest experience by phone and in-person including communicating with customers, anticipating needs, and addressing questions
- adhere to and maintain operational standards and guidelines for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation
- comply with all Cafe Rio policies and procedures
- comply with all state and city driving rules, regulations, and laws
- prepare for deliveries by being punctual and following standard operational procedures
- verify order accuracy, quality, and presentation
- appropriately mark, wrap, store, and bag products for use or storage
- assemble, maintain, clean, and store equipment for daily business including correcting and reporting issues
- effectively wrap-up workday by completing end of shift operational procedures
- work alongside fellow team members to complete daily tasks and serve as restaurant team member when needed
