Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to efficiently plan routes and exhibit proper driving etiquette
- Ability to drive safely in all types of weather and road conditions
- Ability to work a variety of shift schedules including early mornings days nights holidays weekends overtime and on-call
- Excellent critical-thinking interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Good judgment and self-discipline
- Prior driving delivery and or customer service experience preferred
- May be required to pass physical fitness assessment of strength endurance and stamina to perform regular duties of the job

Job Duties
- Ensures the timely delivery of nuclear pharmacy products to predetermined customers on specific routes while meeting internal schedule and quality standards
- Follow map and directions to locate delivery locations efficiently
- Unloads products as per client specifications while providing excellent customer service
- Acts as a customer service liaison for the company including treating all internal and external customers with respect listening to and assisting in resolving customer complaints and informing management of complaints or requests in a timely manner
- Accepts returns from clients where applicable breaks down delivery cases disposes of radioactive materials and sanitizes lead pigs
- Completes appropriate paperwork for deliveries and returns
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the inside and outside of delivery vehicles and facility
- Assists with the stocking of products and supplies throughout facility as well as tracking inventory
- Notifies Pharmacy Manager when products or supplies are low need to be reordered or replaced
- Performs routine safety checks on vehicles and pre-trip vehicle inspections according to company guidelines
- Immediately reports all vehicle maintenance issues or malfunctions to Pharmacy Manager
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures while safely carrying out the responsibilities of position
- Complies with all company safety standards and all federal state and local laws
- Obtains required DOT training and certification
- Works various shifts based on the needs of the location
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager
