Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive safely in all weather and road conditions
- Ability to plan routes and exhibit proper driving etiquette
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Good eye-hand coordination and normal hearing in at least one ear
- Ability to analyze situations and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Must obtain required DOT training and certification

- Excellent critical-thinking and interpersonal communication skills
- Prior driving or delivery experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Ensures timely delivery of nuclear pharmacy products to predetermined customers on specific routes while meeting internal schedule and quality standards
- Follow map/directions to locate delivery locations efficiently
- Unloads products as per client specifications while providing excellent customer service
- Acts as a customer service liaison for the company including treating all customers with respect and addressing complaints
- Accepts returns from clients where applicable and disposes of radioactive materials
- Completes appropriate paperwork for deliveries and returns
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of delivery vehicles and facility
- Assists with stocking and inventory tracking
- Performs routine safety checks and pre-trip inspections
- Reports vehicle maintenance issues promptly
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures and complies with all safety standards and laws
- Obtains required DOT training and certification
- Works various shifts as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
