Job Duties

  • plan and schedule delivery routes to maximize fleet efficiency
  • coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure on-time deliveries
  • respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally
  • monitor load status and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly
  • collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to maintain high service standards
  • maintain accurate delivery and scheduling records
  • assist in continuous improvement of delivery processes
