Job Requirements
- Own or lease a 24-26 foot box truck with lift gate
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
- Comply with insurance requirements
- Comply with vehicle registrations
- Obtain DOT or MC numbers if vehicle GVWR exceeds 10,000 pounds
- Adhere to state laws governing vehicle use
- Pass background and drug screenings
- Pass motor vehicle record checks
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be tech savvy with mobile phones
- Possess excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Must own or lease a 26 foot box truck
- Must have a lift gate installed on the truck
- Must have a federal tax ID number (EIN)
- Ability to comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements
- Knowledge of DOT and MC regulations for vehicles over 10,000 pounds GVWR
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
- Excellent communication skills and tech proficiency with mobile devices
Job Duties
- Own or lease a 24-26 foot box truck with lift gate and pallet jack
- Deliver palleted flooring and other consumer goods
- Provide white glove delivery services including inside home delivery and assembly
- Ensure timely and safe transport of products
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch teams
- Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
