Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- physical ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and maintain body equilibrium
- clear vision with or without correction
- manual dexterity sufficient to handle items
- ability to drive to and from client locations as needed
- willingness to work in a well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods during property walks or outdoor events

- High school diploma or comparable degree
- proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups

Job Duties
- Receive and log incoming packages and mail deliveries
- sort, organize, and store packages in the mailroom according to property protocols
- notify residents of package arrivals
- deliver packages directly to resident doors or designated delivery areas if applicable
- assist residents with package pick-up and questions during mailroom hours
- maintain a clean, organized, and secure mailroom environment
- communicate with the front office and maintenance team as needed
- report any delivery issues, damage, or safety concerns immediately
- perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management
- must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation
- occasional travel may be necessary as needed
