Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a flexible schedule including availability for weekends
- Possess a positive attitude toward customer service
- Own an e-bike or be willing to use company-provided bikes
- Be able to work in inclement weather including rain
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work part time or full time
- Pass regular safety inspections for e-bike if owned
- Willingness to work lunch, evening, and late-night shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math abilities for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous experience in delivery or customer service is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license or authorization to operate an e-bike
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Deliver pizzas promptly and safely to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Operate an e-bike or company-provided bike in various weather conditions
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with store tasks such as inventory unloading and stocking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment and store areas
