Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year
- Drivers under 21 must have held a valid driver's license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training
- Willingness to travel locally and overnight as needed
- Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of customer facing professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment preferred
- Comfort with Salesforce or equivalent CRM system
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related discipline
- Ability to engage authentically and courteously with customers
- Passion for Lucid products and technological advances
- Ability to gauge and personalize customer requirements and interests
- Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
- Ability to refine engagement approaches based on feedback
- Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks independently
- Takes ownership and responsibility for studio assets including vehicles
- Passion for electric vehicles and premium vehicle markets
- Responsible for creating a memorable orientation experience
- Ability to manage and overcome customer feedback calmly
- Champions excellence and acts with urgency
- Available to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Manage a pipeline of assigned deliveries through regular communication with sales specialist
- Conduct pre-delivery conversations with customers to confirm delivery details and set clear expectations
- Guide customer through the key features and functions of their Lucid vehicle, tailoring the experience to their needs
- Conduct post-delivery conversations with customers to address questions after delivery day
- Manage a pipeline of lease-end customers to schedule grounding of vehicles upon lease maturation
- Conduct lease-end vehicle intake appointments
- Represent Lucid by articulating technological, design, and quality advantages over competitors
- Utilize Salesforce to document inbound/outbound activity and delivery details
- Show commitment to refining the customer experience using feedback
- Manage vehicle readiness, including final quality checks prior to handoff
- Prep and stage vehicles prior to customer appointments
- Complete required paperwork and collect necessary documents
- Book and track final mile transport coordinating with customers and carriers
- Assist with daily operations as needed
