Job Duties
- Manage day to day department operations to include ensuring proper supervision of staff
- Responsible for scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state laws and corporate policies related to safety and sanitation
- Hire, train, develop departmental staff and manage performance
- Enforce company dress code and customer service standards
- Monitor and control payroll, budgeted sales, gross profit, shrink and inventory levels
- Merchandise department products according to corporate planograms and policies
