Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- restaurant or retail experience preferred
- kitchen line cook, busser, server, expediter, service staff experience a plus
- ability to perform prolonged walking or standing for 8 hours or more
- ability to frequently bend, stoop, crouch, climb, reach, balance, push and pull items weighing 40 lbs or more

Job Duties
- prepare bakery offerings, jerky, fudge, bbq and other restaurant menu items to prescribed recipes
- maintain confidentiality of company culinary recipes
- follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- guarantee safe food handling
- use various menu ordering kiosks, kitchen management systems and transaction devices
- maintain a clean workstation while quickly executing orders for customers
- provide responsive communication with store management and fellow associates
- safely and effectively use a wide variety of kitchen equipment and appliances including floor mixer, slicers, ovens, sharp knives and fryers
- professionally interact with team members and customers
- perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed
- work weekends and holidays as needed
- work rotating schedule alternating between day and night as needed
- maintain regular and prompt attendance
- perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
