Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Restaurant or retail experience preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, climb, reach, balance, push, and pull product or material weighing 40 pounds or more
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- Regular and prompt attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in restaurant or retail preferred
- Experience as kitchen line cook, busser, server, expediter, or service staff is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace
- Capability to follow recipes and food safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery offerings, jerky, fudge, BBQ, and other restaurant menu items
- Adhere to all company culinary recipes and measurements
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Guarantee safe food handling
- Use menu ordering kiosks, kitchen management systems, and transaction devices
- Maintain a clean workstation while quickly executing orders
- Communicate professionally with store management, team members, and customers
- Safely use kitchen equipment including mixers, slicers, ovens, knives, and fryers
- Work weekends and holidays as needed
- Perform duties outside normal responsibilities
- Work rotating day and night shifts
- Ensure regular and prompt attendance
