Job Requirements
- Ability to work full-time hours
- must meet or exceed local minimum wage requirements
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- willing to follow all health and safety policies
- excellent interpersonal skills
- must pass pre-employment drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a deli or bakery environment preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety practices is an asset
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- teamwork and reliability
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing excellent service
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor efficiently
- clean and maintain work areas adhering to food safety standards
- ensure compliance with proper food safety protocols
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- follow company policies and procedures for safety and security
