Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand for long periods
- willing to work full-time hours
- pass background check and drug screening
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- reliable transportation to work
- legal authorization to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or retail food service preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter with friendly and efficient service
- move incoming merchandise from storage to salesfloor
- clean and maintain food safety standards
- ensure products meet Walmart quality benchmarks
- manage inventory and product rotation
- comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
