Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work full-time
availability to work various shifts
ability to follow food safety and cleanliness standards
good physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts
compliance with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
ability to engage positively with customers

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in retail food service or deli/bakery environment is an advantage
excellent customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
teamwork and reliability

Job Duties

Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly and efficient assistance
move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
stock shelves and ensure product availability
assist with inventory management
comply with safety and health regulations
