Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- ability to communicate effectively in english
- available to work full-time shifts including weekends and holidays
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- pass background check and drug screening
- willing to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a deli, bakery, or food service environment is a plus
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math and inventory skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly and helpful service
- move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to food safety regulations
- follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- operate deli and bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- participate in inventory management and restocking activities
