Job Requirements
- Ability to legally work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to the Walmart Supercenter location
- Willingness to comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Availability to work full-time shifts as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a deli, bakery, or retail food service environment is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter with friendly and efficient service
- Merchandising and moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to proper food safety standards
- Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure product availability
- Assist in inventory control and rotation of products to reduce waste
- Comply with Walmart policies and procedures including drug-free workplace standards
