Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work part-time hours including mid and closing shifts
- Able to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in deli or bakery preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Willingness to work flexible hours including mid and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter with excellent service
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards
- Stock and display deli and bakery items attractively
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Participate in team activities to support store operations
