Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical capability to lift and carry merchandise
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- adherence to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli or bakery operations is an asset
- strong customer service skills
- ability to follow food safety guidelines
- good communication and teamwork abilities
- availability to work opening and morning shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter effectively
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor promptly
- clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- comply with health and safety regulations
- assist in stocking and inventory management
- support team operations during shifts
