Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli or bakery operations is an advantage
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- team-oriented with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter to assist and provide product information
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- restock and organize products for display
- assist in inventory checks and report shortages
- comply with all company policies and health regulations
