Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work full-time hours including mid-shift and closing
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Compliant with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Willingness to follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in deli, bakery, or food service is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter with professionalism and courtesy
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist in stocking and organizing product displays
- Participate in training and development programs as required
