Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work opening and morning shifts
- willing to comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- able to follow food safety procedures
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- flexible availability to meet the needs of the store
- basic English proficiency
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli or bakery roles is advantageous
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- assist in stock replenishment and inventory control
- provide excellent customer service
- follow all company policies and safety guidelines
