Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work part-time shifts including mornings
- must comply with local minimum wage requirements
- pass applicable background checks
- communicate effectively in English
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- willingness to follow Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including opening and morning hours
- basic math and communication abilities
- ability to stand for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety practices a plus
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly service
