Job Requirements
- minimum age 18 years
- legal authorization to work in the US
- ability to work various shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, closing, and overnight
- reliable transportation to the Moraine, OH location
- physical ability to lift and move products as needed
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli or bakery operations is a plus
- strong customer service skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math and organizational skills
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor
- clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- assist in inventory management and restocking
- follow all health and safety regulations
- collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
