Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work part-time with availability for mid-shift and closing shifts
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- capable of standing for extended periods
- able to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving merchandise
- willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or retail customer service is advantageous
- familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- flexibility to work mid-shift and closing hours
- basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter to provide excellent service
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor efficiently
- clean work areas and maintain proper food safety standards
- follow all health and safety regulations
- assist in managing inventory and stock levels
- support team members in daily operational tasks
