Job Requirements
- Part-time availability
- ability to work opening and morning shifts
- meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements
- ability to comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- able to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and moving merchandise
- basic English language proficiency
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- reliable transportation to the Stanton, CA location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli or bakery settings is an advantage but not required
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- basic math skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- food safety knowledge is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to sales floor
- clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- restock shelves and displays
- follow established food handling and safety protocols
- assist in inventory management
