Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to work full-time hours including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing shifts
- ability to adhere to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- capacity to lift up to 50 pounds periodically
- reliable and punctual with strong work ethics
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to complete all required training and certifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli, bakery or food service roles is advantageous
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, mid-shifts, and evenings
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing assistance and information
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- assist in stock replenishment and product presentation
- collaborate with team members to meet store goals
- comply with all company policies including safety and conduct regulations
