Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work full-time including opening and morning shifts
- Willingness to adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
- Must pass a background check
- Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail deli/bakery is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter
- Move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- Clean and maintain proper food safety standards
- Receive and stock merchandise
- Rotate products to ensure freshness
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
